Ministries

How we work: integrated life, not isolated programs.

Four interconnected areas of long-term formation in Japan, plus practical support for those already laboring here.

01

Relational discipleship

Life-on-life formation in the ordinary rhythms of Japanese culture. Church leadership involvement is central, not as an add-on, but as part of daily presence.

02

Family & community

Reaching the next generation by living among them. We aim to walk with children, young adults, and parents through real life, not only programmed moments.

03

Missional business

Work as a context for witness and healthier culture. We are exploring models that improve work/life balance and strengthen family and community relationships.

04

Leadership formation

Raising up those who will shepherd others for decades. Fruit that outlasts any one season of presence.

Also

Small groups & advisory work

Whether leading a small group or simply participating, long-term relationship is the point. We also advise missions-minded businesses that share the same goals but need help with business foundations.

One practical expression is a quiet place of rest for pastors and missionaries, available by referral. The work is intentionally quiet, relational, and multi-year.

Not built for rapid visibility

Stand with the work
